Kylie Hutchison led the Bengals on the second day of the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif. with a 5000-meter career best time of 16:33.64.
Katie Nicholls competed in the 800-meter and finished with a time of 2:10,
Hayli Worthington qualified for the Big Sky Championships with a 400-meter time of 1:01 and
Caitlin Maulin pole vaulted 3.89 meters.
On the men's side,
KC Hunsicker ran a 1500-meter time of 3:51 and
Jesse Sorensen placed 30th overall with a Big Sky qualifying time of 48.29 in the 400-meter dash. Sorensen also competed in the 200-meter dash and finished 43rd overall with 21.93.
Samantha Simmons led the Bengals on the first day of the Mark Faldmo Invitational in Logan, Utah Friday, April 17 with a first place finish in the pole vault (3.66 meters). She is currently ranked fourth in the conference.
Danielle Rausch and
Vannessa Bawden tied for third with 3.35 meters in the pole vault.
Jessalyn Garnett placed 15th in the hammer throw with a mark of 36.18 meters and
Jessica Bates followed in 16th with 36.18 meters.
On the men's side,
Christian Brininger placed sixth in the hammer throw (46.58 meters).
Dallin Pearson followed in ninth with a mark of 43.16 meters.
The Bengals continue competition in Logan and Walnut tomorrow.
