This weekend the state of Idaho is filled with a handful of Invitationals highlighting them all is the Bob Firman Invitational hosted at Eagle Island State Park In Boise Idaho. This will be a prime time event filled with runners from multiple states. The states competing in this invitational include Idaho, California , Alaska , Nevada, Washington, Oregon , Montana , Utah and Wyoming. In the 5,000 Elite race on the boys side Rocky Mountains Landon Heemeyer enters the weekend on top of the Elite competition with a time of (14.56.51).Other Idaho runners to look for include , Tyler Sainsbury(Rocky Mountain) , Ian Stockett (Victory Charter). On the Boys side look out for Rocky Mountain they have three of runners in seeded in the top ten.
