Heritage High sophomore Weini Kelati firmly established herself as the top 10th grader in the country over the weekend with her stunning 16:29 5K victory at the Third Battle Invitational, which stands as the second-fastest time in the country in 2015. Kelati's time is #2 in Virginia state history, and more than a minute faster than her winning time from the same meet last year.
