Annie Hill (Kalispell, MT)
The top freshman at Foot Locker in 2014, Annie Hill has stayed true to form in year two as she's a perfect 7-for-7 in 2015. The Glacier High (MT) sophomore still owns the fastest 3-mile time for a 10th grader in the country with her 16:25 from September 6th, but Hill's real potential this season has yet to be seen as she's won every race by at least 15 seconds.
